Clean, comfortable single property owner operated.
The room was very clean and the host was wonderful.
The owners live on site, They are very personable and friendly, very kind and helpful. The room was spotless, We will go out of our way to stay there again.

The bed was very comfortable. There was a real coffeemaker with real coffee (i.e. not the watery bags). Bathroom was fully updated with a beautifully tiled shower. Towels were large and soft. The motel is located away from the street and very quiet. Owner was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was exemplary, right down to the fresh scented rose in our room. I do not exaggerate when I say the Golden West Motel was the BEST place we’ve ever stayed. We travel on that area about once a year so we will definitely be back!

Very welcoming staff. Room is small but very clean and cutely decorated. Nice amenities for a lower cost hotel, like nice towels, Kleenex and not the thinnest of toilet paper. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker were super great extras!
